    Wanted to let you folks with the new DX11 cards that you can run demos of DX11 that are available.

    Wait a minute, Izzdihar. lol! Are your system specs correct?

    If so, how did you see the demos? Did they work for you on your HD 4870?

    That'd be pretty cool if I could see them on my HD 3850, even without DX11 features. I'm curious now.

    Ah, alright gotcha.

    Simplest way to say about the difference is the DX11 makes it look more real, better, more efficiency for gpu to do what it has to. Generally, an upgrade like 7 is an upgrade from Vista or XP. Think of year 2000 graphics compared to now....and just keep on getting better like always.

    You can Google DX11 if you are interested in the technical reasons and differences.
