    Trouble HELP PLZ!!!


    Hi Everyone
    I have a TOSHIBA Satellite c850-b756 laptop
    Part no: PSCBYV - 054002AR

    with an AMD RADDEON Graphics

    i had a windows 8 pro 64bit
    i wanted to update the graphics driver
    so i updated it using a program called slimdrivers

    so the windows crashed after restarting the pc
    and i had to restore the windows

    after a week i format the laptop to windows 7 ultimate 64bit

    i tried downloading the graphics "using the same program" when it finised downloading the resuloution stayed 1024*768
    it was before fomating 1366

    so i restart the pc
    and crashes and i got the dark blue screen
    restored the pc
    it worked but the graphics is down
    what can i do??
    PLZ HELP!!

    why dont you just download the drivers from AMD.com all you have to do is choose your make and model and it will download the appropriate driver needed.

    you dont need a program to do it for you :) chances are the program has downloaded the wrong version and thats why youre having issues.

    i will try
    i downloaded the auto detecting app

    and i had this error

    Can you give us the model of your graphics card please? This will enable us to find the appropriate driver for you.

    AMD RADEON HD 7xxxm series
    i found it on the amd website

    but at the bottom it says this driver isnt complimant with toshiba notebook
    and i have a toshiba satellite laptop

    then get the driver from toshibas website :) they obviously run and produce their own version.
