Really? This used to work with older drivers?
I thought DisplayPort was "one-way", meaning that in order to feed DP you had to come from DP. And of course with adapter cables you could go from DP to DVI or HDMI.
But I didn't think you could feed DP from DVI or HDMI. Only DP could feed DP. Am I wrong??
New AMD 14.9 (14.201.1009) display driver for embedded GPU and APU released. See first post for more details.
Onboard chips, rather than discrete cards, I believe.
Based on the description on the AMD site I don't think this driver version has anything to offer for discrete cards. In particular, I checked for the most current WHQL driver for my R7 250 and it's still shown as 14.4, not this new 14.9.
- imbedded means that they are on the motherboard together, as a built-in unit..
