    Hello,

    I'm trying to install NVIDIA drivers where I get this message telling me I have to install the following patches:

    This update is not applicable on your computer-image.png

    When I download the files (KB4474419, KB4490628) and install them, I get this error:

    This update is not applicable on your computer-image.png

    Do you have service pack 1 installed? Its kb number is

    KB976932

    If you already have SP1 installed try installing

    KB3138612
