Can you remove the side panel to see any brand name and model number on the board?
I removed the side panel, but it just said "M5A78L-M/USB3", which is the motherboard's model number. It should be an ASUS.
Yes it is an ASUS board, here's the ASUS page for it.

I forget, have you tried different cables, ports, and monitors?
I have tried different cables from my monitor to my computer, and different monitors. And since there's only 1 slot where my GPU can fit in, I can't try it in a different slot.
Also, the 3 beeps that my computer is giving states that there is something wrong with the GPU, but no matter what I try or change, it will not go away. (Exept that one time when I reseated the RAM)
You might try powering it all off and resetting the CMOS.
You'll need to do the 2nd or 3rd method here.
How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)
After I've tried both methods and restoring the BIOS to default settings, it finally booted normally!
It makes sense, because someone told me to change the graphics settings in the BIOS to something with PCI (can't remember what it exactly said).
After I did that my computer used the 7850 again, but then the 3 beeps problem occured when I restarted it.
Now the BIOS has been reset and it still uses the 7850. Which means that everything is back to normal.
I'd like to thank you for all the help you've given me. You are absolutely awesome!
Nah, I'm not awesome, but I do have some experience in messing up my own systems.
Hopefully you will be OK now.
