    update: i tried removing drivers with driversweeper and reinstalling and still nothing. please help

    i read that and that didnt really help

    but yeah..any other suggestions? ive been googling and such for a while and no solution.

    FINALLY I FIXED THE PROBLEM! it took a few tries, but finally worked. if any1 is viewing this that needs help, i posted a semi tutorial here:
