Do you have anything listed in Device manager under Display Adapters?

Have you tried reseating the cards and sticks remember this has been sitting around doing nothing for ?8 months I would also suggest these
    1.

    SLOTCLEANING

Now as for the slotsto clean them use a strip of old credit card about 1/2 inch wide nip thecorners off one end - preferably round them offhold a piece of thin lint free clothover the end dab on some form of alcohol - iso propyl alcohol (what we swab theskin with before an injection) is good and GENTLYswipe along the slots.

This can also be donefor the GPU slot/s and do not forget to clean the contacts on the cards /sticks either. See my pic for the cleaning stick .
    2.
Run HW Info and see what is showing up in the devices HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download see my pic also for this.

Hey Icit2lol, thanks for the tips. Here's what shows up in my HWinfo.

Apparently the graphics card is being read properly. Doing the physical slot cleaning seems a bit precarious. Is that necessary seeing that HWInfo is picking it up?. I just really want to get the drivers installed.
Well mate it is your decision and what I do on fixes as I said crud not only builds up with some minimalizing of contact of the cards and stick and like I said if you are happy with what you have stay with it:)
As for being precarious I see nothing that that I would not do to my own or fix machines but once more it is yours so do as you think fit.

    It Works!

Finally got graphics drivers to load. Thanks everyone for being so helpful. I cleaned the graphics card with an air gas duster and think that helped. I have half-life 2 ep2 open and that's pretty graphics intensive open and although I didn't see any verification from nvidia I didn't see any errors so I guess the drivers installed. Thanks!
