    Dual Monitor setup troubleshooting Help

Hello, my problem is that I am trying to set up a second screen (HDTV, 60 Hz) via HDMI, When my TV is turned off, my computer detects the TV, but as soon as I turn it on, my computer stops detecting it. Is this the fault of my computer or of my TV? Help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for your time.

Hello, have you tried turning it off and on again?.

Just kidding. What option are you using to connect one monitor to another?, is Extend or Duplicate?, when I connect 2 monitors in mine I use extend to be able to manipulate one large desktop. You see those optiones at Start/AllPrograms/Accesories/ConnectToAProjector. That's how I use mine, however, I only have VGA.
And by the way, something unrelated, how good has been Sapphire so far?, any comments on that?

I am using Extend. I Love my Sapphire. The so called "un-optimized" Metro2033 runs like a charm on max settings. Except Borderlands 2... that game is so un-optimized it's not even funny (Aka even with my system, and even when dynamic lights & shadows are turned off, there are times where my FPS dips below 30).

Thanks for your reply! I will try this right away and let you know how it goes!

So... I feel stupid. Really, really stupid. I figured out my problem, I had the HDMI cable plugged into the wrong input on my TV... I feel SO STUPID.
