Can I Crossfire an A10-7850K with an HD 7750?

We recently built a DVR, and my dad plans to do some light to medium gaming on it. We created the computer around the A10-7850K, and we have an HD 7750 laying around. I was looking into Hybrid Crossfire, and I followed the steps in a few tutorials in order for the dual graphics option to appear in the CCC, but the option doesn't appear.

Is it possible to Crossfire an A10-7850K with an HD 7750? I've looked around and can't even find a compatibility chart, so I'm completely in the dark. If it's possible, can someone tell me how I can get it enabled?

Assuming it is possible, here are the steps that I took (taken from a tutorial):

1. In the BIOS, set the default video adapter to the onboard graphics
2. Save and exit the BIOS
3. Go into the CCC, and under Performance, an option should appear called "Dual Graphics," assuming the PCIe card is installed

However, the option doesn't appear in the CCC.

You can indeed. linus techtips did a hybrid crossfire video a little while ago showing the gains of low tier cards and high end cards.

I was browsing net and found a thread here. Might this help.

If I remember correctly, while you can CF that card with that APU, the card performs better on its own as the iGPU holds it back and can cause stutters. I think the ideal card to CF with the APU is a 6670, that's where the performance gains are maximised apparently.
