    I already restored my account to the default account of the system ( yes , it has admin privileges ).
    What do you mean "hacking around security" ?!

    What next ? you haven't offered anything else for me to try

    Try creating another user account and have it as an administrator and delete your current user account. It worked for me.

    im really REALLY not going to delete my windows account with all my settings and stuff like that . I dont think thats the problem , this issue never came up so far until now ,it's not on my end . I ll just wait and see what happens ..or ill look for another solution elsewhere
