Gigabyte GTX 650 TI 2GB any Game No blue screen Card stops functioning

So I've been back and forth with Gigabyte on this card for about 2 years now. I've just about had it with those failures of Repair technicians. So Coming to you guys so I can get some more opinions on if the card is bad or if I'm just crazy.

a Little history. Back in DEC 2012 I got this new card for my older rig. These problems started happening right off the bat. I thought things were overheating as I wasn't as experienced back then with these problems as I am now. So I purchased a whole new rig, Built from the ground up Low and behold same problems kept happening. Assumed it was one of the other components RMA'd because Gigabyte swore up and down it wasn't their card and I believed them. Still problems. I started dropping this card into other Machines. Those machines started acting up. I RMA'd the card. Came back "minor damage repaired" Same problem. It's been back to them 5 times now and Each time it's returned "minor damage repaired" replacement not needed.

So Today, I took it for a spin tried various games. Things that crash it. Usually in a third person game. I'm in a vehicle and the moment i pick up speed. Card fails. Borderlands 2. sleeping dogs. It never fails. CIV 5 will crash it when I have a lot of units being pushed around on the screen alot of animation etc. Warlock will crash it for the same reason CivV does. Tera Online, Mind you this card will fail even on the lowest of settings.

Things that don't crash it. Skyrim, to an extent. WoW never crashed it. Current Wildstar will. Back during the Beta it wouldn't. Smaller games, Don't starve, Dust, Guacemole, Secondlife wouldn't crash it when I messed with it. League of Legends.

Anything with a lot of Phys X stuff going on in it will crash it. And whats worse, windows doesn't detect the crash. The card simply fails and shuts off and windows is ok with that so I can't get a BSOD error. The only error's I get is because I have to power down the machine manually and window gives the unexpected shutdown error in the logs.

If anything I hope other's read this and be forewarned about how bad Gigabyte actually is as a Company and if something breaks don't expect to get a replacement no matter how many times you send it in.

2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti

instead of testing it with games use a proper stress tester.

download msi afterburner alomg with msi kombuster.

check that your cards core frequency is set correct as well as all the other settings in the left hand column. basically check theyre all running at factory setting.
the use combuster to stress test it, if it doesnt fail then, then it may not be the card at fault.

if it does fail record it via screen capture or on your phone. use this as evidence against gigabyte.

failing that somewhere under the fit for purpose act youre entitled to a refund or replacement. (well thats uk law) not sure how other countries systems work.

just make sure if you do go down this route you remain polite :) im always less than helpful if a customer comes to me shouting and making demands while waving broken crap in my face lol

Ok here;s the thing. I've ran it and as expected, Nothing happen. i've tried to break this machine with tests all tests and it passes them with flying colors. Memory and CPU also cause no issues. The Only thing I have to go by right now is the fact that the card Causes the same issue in any machine I place it in. I've dropped it in 3 machines and it still causes the same issues with all the games. I was just finding specific ways to crash it this time when I got it back. Memory diagostic after 12 passes come up clean. CPU burn in tests Comes in clean, and Video card burn ins come in fine. It's like everything works just fine until it really matters when I'm playing the games. One thing that did cross my mind is Faulty Bios for some strange reason the CPU HD chip and the Vid card gpu some how causing some issue between one another, But that is me reaching for items as I have tried to figure out wtf is going on.
