Computer doesnt recognize my graphic card..

    Hello.
i have a 760GTX video card and it worked fine last 3-4 months (since i built this computer)
    and today somthing happened..
my video card doesnt work well..
on device manager it says that i have a 4600 HD intel card and on DXDIAG it doesnt recognize the card at all..
also when i try to detect my card at Geforce it cant find it aswell..
also when i try manual driver's it says "failed to install" (like i dont have a 760GTX or somthing..)
thats a screen from my device manager..

my computer also doesnt let me to install other drivers like mouse for example.. i just ran a anti virus EMSI SOFT.

Now install your specs in the lower left of your post (My System Specs)

Those specs will follow your every post.
Their is a reason for this. Many members will not go looking through a bunch of posts looking for specs.
We also don't want to go off this forum to see system specs.

    Thank you for understanding.
