Screen is zoomed in. Assistance with Graphics Card & printer?

I recently experienced some issues with my computer where I had an error in my C drive and the Toshiba help desk advised me to restore my computer back to factory settings. After restoring my computer, everything on my computer is very zoomed in.
I have checked the screen resolution and I have it set to the highest resolution, however, everything is still very large.
I have read a couple forums stating it could be an issue with the graphics driver. I have a Windows 7 and checked for updates for the drivers, but it came up that my drivers were up to date.
If I do need to update my driver, I'm not sure which driver I need to download.
Can anyone help me figure out what the issue is?

I'm also having an issue when I try to install my printer. It comes up failed when I plug it in.
My device installation settings are set to automatically.

Can someone please assist with these issues?

I'll just focus on your graphics issues first. Now you mentioned that you have restored your PC to factory settings, meaning to saying that your graphic driver are set to the default built-in driver. Thats the reason why everything is big.

To resolve this, you need to download the correct graphics driver that is for your PC. If you know the brand/model, you can easily go into the manufacturer's website and download the graphics driver. Install it, restart your PC and it should turn out fine.
