    Can't detect 2nd monitor

    Hi guys!

My computer can't seem to detect my 2nd monitor and since my Motherboard's Graphics ( HD4250 ) shows up in Device Manager as Standard VGA graphics adapter probably thats the problem.
Now the real problem is that, 14.4 Catalyst that i currently use doesnt really works for my HD4250 ( but for my HD7850 it works of course ). Last time i got my 2nd monitor working, updating the driver of the Standard VGA graphics adapter via Device Manager back in Windows 8.1 ( i use Windows 7 64 bit now ), but then Catalyst refused to work anymore.
Now when i try to update it, it says it already have the latest driver, no matter how many times i uninstall/install it. It may be very possible that i cant have both my graphics to work, but i hope there is solution for it, because i dont want to buy expensive adapter for my 2nd monitor.

DeyLath, welcome to the Seven Forums.

The problem you are having is due to there being no support for the HD 4250 in the 14.4. The last driver to support it is the 13.9. You basically have two choices if you want to use 2 monitors,

    1. Use the 13.9 for both the onboard and card.

    2. Disable the onboard and connect both monitors to the video card if you want to use 2 monitors and newer drivers.
