Can something change if I make an UEFI bootable USB pen containing the windows 7 installation disk?
I'm preparing it. I read the instructions here: UEFI bootable USB media for installing Microsoft Windows 7 or Windows 8 64-bit operating systems on Lenovo Think Branded systems - Lenovo Support (US)
I will give it a shot, never say never... Booting from UEFI I could succeed to install it.

Before you do any thing read the Link below ..

Dual Boot Installation - Windows 8 and Windows 7 or Vista

You do not need a USB Insulation to achieve that

Maxie, thanks for the links and the help, but after many days and hours of hard work on Windows 8 to have a full functioning new PC, I do not want to downgrade it to windows 7. As it was when I changed from win3.1 to win95 to win2000 to winxp to vista to 7... at the end except for Vista I accepted the new OS. So I need to install windows 7 in a new partition of GPT style. I will come back again here to make you know if all drivers will be in place. Best regards. Stefano

Thank you Maxie, you are an even-tempered fellow, maybe because grown in Belfast? ;-) However I have just tried to install Win 7 64 onto GPT/EFI via usb, but after starting it blocks.
