    Dual monitor graphic card suggestions

Currently have FireGL V3350 which there are no ATI-provided W7 drivers.
It does seem to work OK though with the automatically installed drivers.

Thinking to upgrade to something a bit more up to date, what would the team suggest?
This is for basic office/development work with 2 19" viewsonics so need 2xDVI. No gaming and would prefer something with passive cooling.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

Since your needs are pretty simple, there are quite a few options available.

Off the top of my head I believe there are some passively cooled 4350's, 4670's, 9500gt, 9600gt etc

Where would you be ordering this from?

    Somewhere in the UK!

    Thanks for the suggestions.
I've also been recommended an Asus EN9600GT if I want to watch HD TV and a Sapphire Radeon 4350 1Gb if i don't.

    Any thoughts on those?

Both should be fine, but I don't know about not using a 4350 for HD TV. I used to have no problems watching HD with an AGP 7600GS which is much older and less powerful

But definitely give those drivers a go first.

ATI FireGL?, FirePro?, and FireMV? Unified Legacy Driver

Install using device manager if you need. Search the forum for the numerous times this has been discussed, for info if needed.

OK - downloaded this. Basic install installed everything except the drivers.
Did an instal from Device Manager - Went to Display adaptors - FireGL.... - update driver software - manually pointed it at the unpacked download (c:\AMP\FirePro...\Packages\Drivers\Display\LH6A_INF) (The only place with an inf file)

"The folder you specified doesn't contain a suitable s/w driver for your device"

    Am I doing something stupid??

Right click card, update driver software, browse, let me pick, have disk, browse.

Click on the .inf. Hit ok.
