Their UL ratings are probably off too.
Former UL employee here, mainly in W&C. UL standards testing is highly accurate.

Your system is obsolete. The card won't be worth it with a Pentium D. Build a new pc system. I'd recommend Antec True Power 650w for an above average psu. Semi-modular means you can plug in extra cables, if the hardwired aren't enough. You also need proper airflow, but not in that case.
    Stop giving bad advice please.

What do you think of my system? What kind of psu should I use do you think?

    Here's Pentium D...
"Pentium D branded processor can handle different programs, improving overall processing speed over its single-core Pentium 4 counterpart."

haha yes. my score is a 3.7 and I just want to bump it up as my "gaming graphics" are the lowest. eventually it will be my HTPC but I'm a full time student and I have a brand new car to pay for. Computer comes second in my life.

Overclock that D. You should be able to raise it up slightly. I don't know if multiplier is locked or not but perhaps Google about others' experiences. Eiteher way, you could gain a nice little boost.

Your system seems stuck in the 2000's. 4.4 for your cpu? My laptop P9700 received 6.4.

Mocking people's PC's won't get you very far on forums such as these. Not everyone can afford the latest tech.
