If it is difficult to find a product. In this case your power supply. That is worry some.

It's also almost impossible to find reviews by what I call good sources means their is a concern about the quality of your power supply.
Your power supply is more of a mystery than anything else.

    These are just my observations.

Well just to let you know according to these guys your PSU is of good quality from this group they have a knack for slapping OCZ and Antec labels on them so you know they have to be good
Dont know about the PSU you linked, but I actually read only bad things about FSP and their PSU's .

Well i can tell you everything you use will be 50/50 people will be unhappy with even Corsair products such as myself you can't always go by reviews sometimes experience tells the story
    True that..

You can't expect to find reviews from good sources about every HW part out there..
Especially a PSU from like 2008 (Bought by me in 2010 I guess) that has nothing special about it.

It is what it is. A 700W 80+ Bronze rated PSU from a pretty known company.

Any way you could remind me how the rail wattage support for a GPU is calculated?

Not every hardware part no, every good hardware part yes.

That sentence is enough to suggest you buy a new one. A good one.

But it's not "good". It's just a simple power supply that from what I understood was over priced at its time.

Tell me that. If my PC runs fine without any electrical\power issues, why would I buy a new PSU?

They are talking mostly about the Epsilon and Everest models.
    I already saw this post.

    Major,

Does your current PSU have two 6-pin or 6+2-pin PCI-E power connections available to connect to the GTX 670 graphics card?

If not, then you'll need Molex to 6-pin PCI-E connector adapters.

It wouldn't hurt anything to test your system with your current 700 W PSU. If all goes well, then you're fine. If the system won't boot or crashes when under heavy load, then you should get a higher wattage and better PSU.

I have only one 6 pin. My GTX460 needs 2 of them so I already use a molex to 6 pin adapter.

About testing, I dont have the GTX670. I am considering buying it. Now with my GTX460 since 2010, never saw a problem with power usage.
Should I test it in some special PSU burnout test software?

Most likely, you won't have any issues since the PSU calculator didn't even come close to 700 W for what you needed. :)

I see no reasons to have any doubt with FSP, they're great PSUs. In fact, I can't even afford one of those
