Quadro K4000 quad display gfx card

So I have just acquired a little desktop PC that has this card in it but im not really sure about it, I have done a bit of googling but I don't understand the purpose or the price tag of this card.

I should say that I am not a gamer and have never owned any sort of performance gfx card other than basic display when a machine has no onboard gfx. The machine this card is in has a good spec i7 3770, 16gb ram, Samsung 840 pro SSD etc and was used in retail premises to drive a large screen advertisement (46-48 inch ish).

I need to remove it from the machine as it is an itx based system and this card is absolutely filling the case edge to edge and I want to add an optical drive and second storage drive if I can fit it in

If anyone knows about this card or has any info they can enlighten me with I would be very grateful.
Do I keep it/sell it, can I game with it ?

The NVIDIA Quadro K4000 is a workstation video card and is similar to a GeForce GTX 780

You can game on it but expect the performance to be a little bit slower because it only runs great on OpenGL

or you could sell it for a good deal :)
