Windows 7 and built-in graphics cards. Help.

    Ok well, so far nothing has worked, tried the other driver and even tryed to do some compatibility mod that I read in another thread, I'll have to just work on it more in the morning.

    Oh! Last night, I had an update from windows for my card that fixed everything, so it's all good!

    Hopefully, you should get one too!

    Ok as far as I can tell I've tried every solution out there on the internet at the moment. The only consistent thing is that I get a black screen with colored bars after every restart with a new driver.

    My next thought got to that it is a hardware issue and I should look into getting a new card. Now I just wanted to ask if you thought that could solve the problem, or maybe if reinstalling 7 again might also do anything.

    Your graphics is built into the MB = can't reaplace the card.
