Geforce Experience has encountered an error and must close?

I understand that this is Win7 forums but i posted this over at but no one seems to want to help as they dont like Geforce experience.

But anyway i installed Win 8.1 last night updated windows installed all my drivers, steam, games etc. after i installed GF Experience i ran it and setup shadowplay and storage folders, all that stuff everything ran fine.

Booted up this morning after doing some application installs and game installs went to run GF XP again to setup fps display and i all of a sudden get this error.

Basically it opens, i hear the error sound then all those pop-ups show up in about 2 seconds then the app crashes.

I had done about 50-60 windows updates last night then another 1.6gb batch afterwards then a few this morning for .net framework and such.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clean installation, running as admin in win8 comp mode, so has anyone else been able to solve this?

Sorry for digging this up, but anyone coming here from google will probably want to know that i could not get this fixed.

I gave up and ended up reinstalling Win 8.1 64bit fixed this issue along with a bunch of other problems, may have been a corrupt install.

I installed the geforce experience application, and it was working after installation. But, when I am trying to launch the application, it launches and I can see the geforce logo and I can see that it is loading, but after that, nothing happens.

GeForce Experience encountered an error and must close
I have recently bought and downloaded Plants VS Zombies Garden Warfare. I wondered if this works with it so I went into GeForce Experience and checked for supported games and it found it. So I went to the games tab and all of the sudden it said the error in the title of this thread. I tried opening...

Can a GeForce GTX 560 TI use GeForce Experience Shadowplay?
As said in the title, i'm wondering if the GTX 560 TI can use Shadowplay. I am on a budget and I don't want to waste $180 on a capture card with the same quality. Hope it will work (PS: if it will work, will I lose performance and quality?)
