8400 GS 1080P Playback Problem

Hi guys I need help about my graphics card. It just seem to struggle play 1080P videos, 50% CPU Usage while 30-20% on 720P. Is it really normal on a G86 Chip card? Thanks in advance!

it wasn't designed for 1080p when it was released, it was just designed for square monitors with general web browsing in mind, you may have to upgrade to a recent card, even if it is just for 1080p videos.
