AMD Graphics Card is not functioning properly error

So, recently i downloaded the latest Catalyst Driver (14.12) from the AMD website Desktop But after installing it and rebooted my PC, my monitor's resolution became smaller (like 800x600 something) and an error showed up "No AMD graphics driver installed or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware" . So what i did is completely removed my AMD drivers and it went back to the original resolution (1920x1080) but now i don't have any AMD drivers installed, what should i do? if i reinstall the driver again it will go back and show the error again. Thanks in advance

Click the link below then follow the instructions:

Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

    Then re-install the driver again.

Hi, tried it and re installed my driver but the problem still persists. While re installing the driver, an error showed up and said that there is a file that windows is not digitally signed, something like that. Now my resolution became smaller again >_<

I suggest that you roll back the driver update. Restore a driver to its previous version - Windows Help

I did the rollback and now the display adapter/s is only a Standard VGA Graphics Adapter.

Before going any further with anymore cleaning or before someone tells you to disable driver signing, uninstall the following Windows Update from this week,

Windows Update KB3004394 triggers error messages - Page 2 - News

Warning - KB3004394 corrupts system files

Looks like it is causing all kinds of issues for people, including not allowing the new AMD driver to be installed.

I see, so this is the culprit with the crashes. Guess i'll have to uninstall it then.
