Issue with GeForce GTX 580 + NVIDIA drivers... nvlddmkm.sys error

    Yes, that's what I'm thinking But its weird that I can get the drivers installed, but it blue-screens on me upon restart. Unless they are going directly to the standard VGA?

    I have a friend with a spare card and hoping I can try it out tomorrow. I'll report back with what I find!

    Good news, folks!!!!!!!!!!

    It was the card all along. A friend let me borrow a spare card and its working like a charm now. Same make, GeForce GTX 580. The old card was just fried.
