No display outputs using DVI-D to VGA adapter
Hi,
A client for our business requires dual outputs from a PC we built for them. The motherboard for the PC is the H81M-PLUS which has VGA and DVI-D on board.
We tested 5 different DVI-D to VGA adapters and on every one we weren't able to get any display on the monitor. When we attempted dual displays with one using the onboard VGA to a monitor with VGA and the other using the DVI-D to VGA adapter which lead to another VGA monitor of the same model it was able display the VGA to VGA but not the adapted display. Using the VGA to VGA monitor we went into the display settings and saw that windows could see the second monitor but just couldn't display it.
The machines we tested on also have the same motherboard.
In summary using the adapters we can't get any displays.
Is there any way to fix this without installing a graphics card?
Thanks in advance.
