    If that doesn't work then here is a way to install the working vista driver on windows 7.. This works on some other mobility rad eons as well How to install Windows 8 video/graphics drivers for an Inspiron 6000/6400/E1505/8600/9100/9200/9300/9400/E1705 Latitude D610/D810 or Inspiron XPS notebook system - Laptop Video Forum - Laptop - Dell Community Good luck :) Note: the one above was for xp since it was a hardware related problem, if it is on windows 7 it is likely it was a driver problem
