    Didn't say, all they said was that they tested it.

    You said the HDMI was plugged into the motherboard in one of your posts, OP, you care to revise that to plugged into the video card?

    Details details.... :)

    Swapped out the HDMI cable for another one?

    Disabled in BIOS the on-board video, OK, I'd have pulled the card and checked it in another system by now, also.

    are you hooking up the 8 and 6 pin connectors to the card? had to ask seen it before that they forgot to do that.
