Does this mean I need another graphics card

Hey this is weird. My son was playing a game from Steam Games on my PC and suddenly when I used it it will not boot up properly. It just runs but I cut the monitor on and it at first displayed 'no signal' meaning I figured it had something to do with the graphics card. The other thing I waited like a couple of weeks then finally turned it on to see what it would do and this time when I turned the monitor on it displayed 'sleep mode'. Could it be a memory problem or motherboard issue which I hope not. But I did not hear it beep and the fans inside it were running. Please help plesse. Thanks.

No I did not hear it beep. It just came on running but not as if it was booting up. But normally when it comes on it it would beep 1 time then go into start up mode.

Ok, if I have to, I will delete the last thread and follow the steps and let you know. I also just realized by looking at the front of it, the button is red which idk if that's normal. I can't even cut it off. The only thing I can do is hit the 'off' switch in the back that's it. Oh and just by reading the info on the specs I am unable to do it because I cannot get this crazy computer to go into BIOS mode like it's just dead. I turned the thing on and it just sits there and the displays just saying 'Power Saving Mode'. I even tried it with another monitor so it can't be a monitor issue. I am hoping its nothing to do with the motherboard. Otherwise I will have to say forget it and just buy another PC.
