There is nothing dangerous about it, you want it fixed, right ?
If you wanted to try and update your graphics driver you would do that through Device Manager, and it would more then likely tell you they are up to date.
If the laptop won`t install the game, then it won`t install the game, no clue why not.

Drivers from Intel may not be appropriate for your computer. OEMs such as Toshiba often use customized hardware which may not be compatible with generic Intel drivers. The links provided by maxie do warn about this. In such a case you would likely need to use the drivers provided by Toshiba, even if they are older.

Actually I need an opengl update to run the game... and for that i need a driver update. I also tried drivers from toshiba, but they work also not. And when i update it manually it says that my driver is up to date

Maxie this driver worked, but it is too old and I need a newer opengl version for my laptop

Toshiba does not provide a later Version for your Graphics ... Intel and Windows Update did not work but at least you have a working System ...
