Graphic card frame freezes on certain games

While playing League of Legends or Smite i've been getting some frame freezes every 3-5 minutes. If I open Diablo, or any other game I don't have any of these problems though.

I never had this problem before, and this has just come up after i reformatted my computer to get my OS on my SSD and have my HDD only for storage. I've put high power in the power settings. I've also put force voltage in MSI Afterburner settings.

    Intel i5-3570k running at 3.4GHz
    Windows 7 64bit
    R7850 MSI power edition

If need be i can upload my temps with HWMonitor.

    Thanks!

Upload your temps. but take your temps while you are gaming with the games that freeze, preferably after it freezes.

I just noticed that you're putting force voltage into the GPU. Are you overclocking the card?

Probably a good idea to have it off unless you have a real good reason for turning it on. It's an extra variable in the mix while we're trying to solve a problem. It might confuse the issue.

Can you run a GPU stress test using Afterburner? You might have to use MSI Kombustor to do it. I can't remember which one can do a stress test, but you should try to do one on the GPU to rule out any problems with it.

Also, which version of driver are you using with your video card?
