To INSTALL or NOT , Nvidia Gforce Game Ready Driver Version 347.88 ...

I recently have an Nvidia Gforce Game Ready Driver Version 347.88 Update , ready to get installed in my Nvidia Gforce Expeerience Software...

    My System specs are :

    GIGABYTE H97-D3H Motherboard
Zotac Nvidia GForce GTX 960 2 GB Graphics CARD
    16 GB RAM
    Intel Processor i7

I have the latest Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeros game running perfect at 60 Frames Per second (I belive) , as per my last check with Fraps....

Now,do i really need to install this latest Gforce Game Ready Driver Version 347.88 Update via Nvidia Gforce Expeerience Software OR not...Since,i have read many stories on forums regarding people updating their Nvidia Graphics Card Drivers and getting Windows CRASH,Nvidia CARDS stop working & some people complaining about getting low fps ...

The game ready drivers only contain game profile updates. Its fine to install them.

If your PC is working fine and you don`t need the updates the new driver includes, don`t install it.

nVidia comes out with a new driver every other week, it`s ridiculous.

    Firstly,i apologize for late reply...

Thank you for your reply . I certainly don't wish to mess around with my Nvidia Graphics driver now..

Just one more thing , i am getting this update for NVIDIA Gforce Expeerience Software update now too , as well..
Should i also ignore this as well... ?

Go ahead and update everything, the drivers seem to be fine.

You shouldn`t have any problems. :)

    Nvida Updates

OK, I am probably off base here. But this is how I handle all of the updates. Once they get a good basic driver, they continue to work on the code to make it function in all the latest games. As new games and new bugs show up they continue to hone the code for the new things. Since I am not a gamer once I find a rev that functions with all the routine apps I quit upgrading. When I have an up set I will look into the new driver releases.

Guys , the main issue that i face is , the INSTALLING PART..

In my limited knowledge , do i need to uninstall old NVidia drivers and then install new ones ..I dO NOt want to do that stuff , go to the developer website and uninstall drivers 1st , then install and all that similar stuff. That is why i ask , If it's gonna be , just CLICK NEXT , Next and done..Then i am ok with it..

Plus , so far , my card is running games like MGS Ground Zeros on everything max..

Right now, my Nvidia Gforce Expeerience is asking for installing GTA 5 Gfroce Game Ready Driver (Along with other updates )...

    What should i do...

Note : I have posted a picture of this Game Ready Driver update in an attachment...

When you install the new nvidia driver, just do a custom clean install, it takes care of everything for you, you don`t have to uninstall anything.

Yep, the installer will do anything for you from uninstalling the current driver installed to installing the newer one.
