R9 280x (one fan not spinning)

I had this graphic card for around a year now and it was working perfectly fine. Used it to mine cryptocurrency for a month or two but after that it was just used to game.

I used to never go over 70~75c but now it goes to 83c while gaming and the (one) fan is pretty loud.

    Any fixes?

    Request an RMA

Send it back, it`s under warranty.

Does it still work if I lost the receipt?

As long as you registered it.

You don`t need a receipt, they only ask you where you bough it from and when.

You can print out a new receipt from the site where you bought it.

How do you loose a receipt ? It goes in the box :)

I know where I bought it and when, and sadly it wasn't online...

    Is there any other way?

You always register computer parts at the manufacturer`s website as soon as you take it out of the package :)

Is there any other way to what ?

Just call or email the manufacturer and request an RMA.

You don`t list who that is in your specs, so I can`t help you with that.

I just emailed Corsair and Asus about a week ago and snip snap, within a day I had an RMA. The parts are already at those places, Corsair will ship me brand new memory. Asus, well who knows what they will do, but I have nothing to loose with what I sent them

Other way to like register late without the box or the receipt? Should I just contact Shapphire?

Of course you can still register it, and yes you should contact the manufacturer.

I`ve said that 3 times now, aren`t you listening ?
