No display after adjusting graphics card/BIOS - Help please!

Hey, having some display problems.

I built my tower a few years ago, so everything is custom. Ill list the specs that I know at the bottom.

I got a PCI-e graphics card awhile back and installed it into my computer. It has a S-Video and DVI ports in the back of it. S-Video ran to my TV while the DVI ran to my monitor. Everything ran fine until it stopped recognizing my monitor. After awhile it started to again, then finally stopped.

I was trying to fix it tonight. Rearranging cables, unplugging and replugging the card never helped. I was gonna get my onboard VGA to recognize my monitor and reinstall the graphics card. I ended up going to BIOS and unselecting "PCI-e" (my graphics card) for my display. OOPS!

Now I get no picture - on boot up or while its on. Both screens are pitch black. The computer boots on, I hear windows load, but I can't view anything. I can't get back to my BIOS to enable PCI-e again. Ive unplugged and replugged the graphics card, hoping that made a difference, but nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

You have to plug into the motherboard to use the onboard video.

I did. I've tried every cord and card combination that I could think of.
-- VGA (onboard) hooked up with the card pulled out
-- Card in with only S-Video
-- Card in with only DVI
-- Card in with S-Video & DVI
-- Card in with S-Video, DVI & onboard VGA
-- All cords and cards disconnected, restarted, powered off and hooked them back up.

I've tried it all and still don't get a picture on any screen. When the computer FIRST boots up, my monitor will get the green power light and will have a QUICK white line run down the screen, so I know it's getting the info.

Ive had his problem before, and it was a case to where idk what I did, but I ended up leaving the computer off for a week, trying it again and the monitors worked perfectly. Anything else that Im not thinking of?

Reset your BIOS. it may be a switch or a MB fan pin look alike with a black piece of plastic around it, under the small plastic there should be text that says something like "CLEAR_CMOS" or "RESET". On MSI boards it appears to be that the switch or connector is usually close to the battery and has a label of "JBAT1". You will want to connect the terminals (or disconnect the terminals, depending on what its currently on) and then start the computer for a few seconds. Probably a good idea to disconnect data to hard drives BEFORE doing this. turn the computer off and put the terminal back to its original state. Your computer will probably default to On Board graphics, but if you leave the card plugged in it may automatically switch to your Graphics Card. after that BIOS reset, its some trial and error.
