I would just like to a update on this.

I just tried to launch geforce experience, and it began updating, and after updating, the program now starts and it works.

I have no idea what made the difference, seems a bit random, but I did notice in the changelog that they have fixed a few issues with the program.

I like the idea of having my graphics drivers updated automaticaly, so that I always have the latest drivers installed.

What bothers me is that the geforce experience icon has appeared in my notification area, and I see no reason for that, as the program is configured to install updates automatically, so there is no reason for me to use the program to check for updates manually.

You do not always need a new driver if you dont have the latest graphics card (Say, you do not have a GeForce GTX 900 Series graphics card).

I might want to add that previously, when geforce experience wasn't working, I did not have microsoft net framework installed, but after I installed microsoft net framework 4.5, geforce experience began working. So that might be the solution, but I'm not sure about it.

Oh ya, you gotta have .net framework.

The icon is supposed to be in your tray, and it will automatically update your video driver, but only if you have that check marked, (it`s checked by default of course) you should uncheck that so it just lets you know when there is a new driver, you never have to install the new driver if you don`t want to.

I did and it`s working fine, my graphics on Witcher 3 were amazing, too bad the game sucks. But it was free so who cares right :)

I simply uninstalled geforce experience, since it was pretty much useless.
