WEI (Windows Experience Index) wont run after video card install

I was having trouble with WEI not completing after I installed my new GeForce GTX 650 Ti video card> and when Id go to properties of the video card in DEVICE MANAGER. I found the error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems" I found a FREE solution by Guru#D.com. Called Driver Sweeper. I recommend that you first create a restore point in normal made. restart your computer in SAFE MODE by repeatedly pressing F8 during reboot. Then run Driver Sweeper. The program removes all traces of prior display drivers. Let your computer reboot on its own and try installing your Video card. This is what worked for me.

What card did you replace ?

If you had just installed the latest nvidia drivers, and done a custom/clean install it would have done the same thing.

Have you installed the latest ? 352.86
