It sounds interesting. Can you let us check the situation in detail?

    Click on button below ....
It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.Dont worry, the exe is safe to download and execute. It comes from this place.

    EDIT: You said ....
it happens after i took computer to fix it .
Exactly what you have done? Can you explain in detail?

We need to verify that exactly what is happening with the graphics environment, and that files will give us the whole picture at a glance. If you follow the steps explained in Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums, you will be able to upload the files.

If still failing, upload these two files separately, at least.

    DXDIAG.txt

    1. Click on Start button.
    2. Type DXDIAG in the search bar and click the resulting link.
    3. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will open.
    4. Click on "Save All Information" button at the bottom of the window. It will collect the information for a few seconds and then the "Save As" dialog will open.
    5. Select "Desktop" as location and click the "Save" button. A text file will be saved on your desktop.
    6. Exit DXDIAG. Upload the text file following the instruction.

    MSINFO32.nfo

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

The tool suggested earlier does it all (plus a few more) automatically.

    Code:
    ---------------
    Display Devices
    ---------------
Card name: Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
           Manufacturer: (Standard display types)
Chip type: Intel(R) Sandybridge/Ivybridge Graphics Chipset Accelerated VGA BIOS
               DAC type: 8 bit
             Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0156&SUBSYS_05971028&REV_09
         Display Memory: n/a
       Dedicated Memory: n/a
          Shared Memory: n/a
           Current Mode: 1366 x 768 (32 bit) (1Hz)
    Code:
    Name Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
    Adapter RAM Not Available
    Installed Drivers Not Available
    Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\vgapnp.sys (6.1.7600.16385, 25,50 KB (26.112 bytes), 2009.07.14 02:25)
This situation will have two alternative explanations. Either no display driver is installed or display chip (as you said, AMD Radeon HD 8750M) is failing to work.

Search for a possible driver in two places. In Support | Dell US and in Download Drivers. If you get a driver listed for your device, download it and install it.

If still the situation remains the same, understand that the graphics chip is failing. As it is within two years age, the warranty should be workable.
