    How can i run direct 3d (d3d) ?

    hi,

    I have a P3 Computer.
    Win7 32bit Professional.
    Intel CPU 2.80GHZ
    Sis Mirage 662 graphic drivers.
    DX11

DirectDraw, Direct3D acceleration and AGP texture acceleration are enabled.
    resolution up to 1280 x 800.

i can't run any d3d games even with filters.

I can only use DirectDraw for the games i make.

am i able to with the card i have?

    thank you

do you get an error or anything? all Graphics cards (even onboard cards) should run DX9 at least(direct 3d), I suppose you could also grab yourself a cheap graphics card which will be more powerful than any onboard card you can get.

Try running the diagnostic tool "dxdiag". Report back any errors/issues found.

Go the Search box and type in dxdiag then run it. Run DirectX Diagnostic Tool

    hi,

    no errors in dxdiag.

    it shows as dx11

i think i also did have dx9 at some point.

    could that be the issue?

    cheers

It does not matter if you have the latest DirectX Software in your computer. SiS Mirage looks old and the company SiS is defunct.

Looks like it will not run DX9 (and above) games and will not play DX8 games smoothly.

Try updating directx 9.0c from Microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/Down...ils.aspx?id=35

    I am not hopeful though.
