Computer freeze when attempting to play video on twitter

I am having trouble identifying a solution to persistent computer freezes. Everytime the computer plays video from twitter (specifically from CNN), the browser shows the video loading icon and then it freezes and completely locks up. No response to any input (for example: ctrl atl delete, caps lock, mouse movement) is evident. I have included the steps I've taken to diagnose the issue below, and included some system information that I've gathered. Any help is much appreciated!

    Notes:

    • Youtube videos play fine
    • Updated the BIOS, chipset and video card drivers
    • Computer traditionally runs hot but does not seem to correlate to freezing (was only 65 degrees Celsius during recent crashes)
    • Tried disabling adobe flash
    • Tried disabling peperflash on google chrome
    • Freezes also occur in firefox and internet explorer
    • Event viewer shows nothing abnormal except the event 41 critical error from having to force shutdown the computer from the lockup
    • Scanned for virus with kaspersky boot disk, bitdefender and malwarebytes

Does this happen in Safe Mode with Networking?
How about another user account? User Account - Create
Also try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Thank you for your response. I booted the computer into safe mode with networking and was unable to replicate the issue. I disabled some services and start up programs that were unnecessary but the problem still remains in a normal boot. I have attached a text file generated in autoruns that details what is booting with the system in case you can spot something that I am missing

Disable all startup items and non-MS services as described in the tutorial please. This is a diagnostic step that you can decide about later after we see how it will behave with a clean boot.

Neither the clean start up nor creating a new user account eliminated the issue

Get portable Tweaking.com - Windows Repair and run it as admin in Safe Mode with Networking. Try the default repair settings. I am not home to suggest a more detailed setting.

Downloaded and ran the app in windows safe mode. The log file says it fixed some things but the freezing persists when I boot Windows normally

    I attached the log file

From the first report above, "You can use the Repair Reparse Points Tool at the bottom of this Window to try and fix these problems". Did you use the tool mentioned?

Also run cmd as admin, and run the following:
    Code:
    sfc /scannow
    Is your Windows up-to-date?
