ATI Radeon 2600 Pro AGP driver can't install

I'm looking for a proper driver for my old graphic card this whole day, but I haven't found any which will install properly. It always displays me two kind of error messages - a warning that it's not completely installed (it installs some utilities which I have to remove later from Add/Remove Programs, but not driver and Catalyst Control Center), or it pops up some error in package.
Did anyone experienced this problem, and how to solve it? Thanks in advance!

P.S. I've searched on Google and this forum and found some old threads regarding this issue, but unfortunately they didn't help.

As I said, I tried every version to install but with no success.

Try installing the driver in XP or Vista mode.

Right click on the driver installer and choose "Properties". Go to the compatibility tab, and set the program to run as either an XP, or Vista program.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't work either - it displays me that some warnings occurred and it doesn't install driver and CCC. :/

    What were the warnings?

After failure when I open logs I didn't see anything in warnings - just blank fields.

That's really odd. It should at least give you some idea of what the warnings are.

Did you try running the installer as administrator?

This time it worked (I've set compatibility to Vista SP2 and to run as administrator). Thanks very much! :)
