MSI R7 265 Black Screen Error

    Hey Guys.
I Recently got an MSI R7 265 OC to replace my aging MSI HD R6770 Video Card.
Installation went smooth but here's the problem. Whenever i start my PC with the new video card the Monitor stays black and nothing shows up except a message that tells me to install LG Dual Package Software. The graphic cards fans and all other fans are moving. I cant even use my on board graphics or get into the BIOS.
However when i plug back my old card i don't get that message and can even use my on board graphics. I've been struggling since 2 days looking for help all over the interweb without any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

My Motherboard is Intel DH77-EB & Monitor is LG IPS224V & PSU is Corsair CX500

if you have integrated graphics, you have to plug you input from your monitor into the motherboard, then you should be able you use your on-board graphics, and boot into windows. (keep the gpu installed into the mobo). if you can boot into windows, find and install the newest drivers for the gpu, and any other software recommended, after that, you will most likely have to restart the pc anyways, so just shut it down, and move the output from the pc to monitor from your integrated spot, back to your gpu and then you should be able to use the gpu graphics. i do apologize in advance if it doesn't help, but seeing as how the problem is unsolved currently, maybe those who have had the issue don't have integrated, so the couldn't test the above step to see if it works

Thnaks for the reply. Unfortunately the Video Card is not compatible with my motherboard. I'm gonna update the BIOS to the latest to give one last shot. or else have to buy another mobo.
