No doubt. Yeah well, this you have to consider as well.

If you have one of the monitors attached to onboard AND it's using a DVI cable

    AND

the addon 6200 only has one DVI and one VGA

then it would be worth running both video adapters so both monitors have digital video.

If the 6200 has 2 dvi ports, then....

What it comes down to is if you can get both monitors working digitally on the 6200 that's the way to go.

Just plug both monitors in while the system is off. Boot to Windows and install the driver.

Typing as fast as I can...

After BIOS flash, second monitor comes up. After about a minute or any attempt to adjust resolution, this happens:

Both screens freeze, second one (6200) scrambles, nothing responds, hard reset is necessary. Need more help. Thank you.

An update to my situation, after messing around and trying some different things; so far, it seems that the freezes are connected in some fashion to having a window displayed on the second monitor. As long as I leave it alone, nothing happens, but if I drag a window over there (for instance, I've tried it using the main window for Live Messenger), it will scramble and freeze after a few minutes. I'm still looking for suggestions, and will be thinking about options to try tomorrow. Thanks.
