Is this the screen you mean? It looks like it is enabled to me, but let me know.

Here is another one that shows the device manager.

Thank you all for your time.

EDIT: I just figured out something that may be useful. In device Manager when I tried to update that PCI Input Device it says this message:

Creative Game Port is not compatible with this version of Windows.
Because this device isn't compatible with this version of Windows, and there are no solutions available for this problem, we recommend that you find another device on the following website:

Then it gives me the windows 7 compatibility center address. Does this mean that my video card will not work? Remember, this is the error message for the PCI input device, not the video card.

The game port is of no significance and we can forget about that.

Which error code are you getting on the video card itself? 43?

Yes. It is error 43, and it says the device has reported problems. Is there any easy way to check if the card is broken? It is only a year old. I do not have access to any other computer with a PCI Express that I can think of off the top of my head. I would be very disapointed if it was.

Your motherboard is too old for Windows 7.

The only hope you have is to find updated nForce4 drivers and install but they don't exist even on NVIDIA's website.

I'd suggest a bios update too but your motherboard manufacturer doesn't even have your model listed any longer.

Disable all unused ports in the bios like parallel, serial, com, floppy etc...

but that isn't even going to help.
