    I believe this is the adaptor you were first interested in,
    HDMI to DVI, Rankie® Gold-plated HDMI to DVI Adapter: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

    And it's mate to use a normal double male hdmi cable with
    Ugreen High Speed HDMI Female to Female Coupler Adapter: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

    The cable you posted is more straight forward though :)
    Fewer transitions is always best
    I suppose the ideal was posted by AddRam when it's possible
