Directx 12 NOT going to be on Win 7 - Anyone else concerned ?

I just saw this yesterday. That Windows 10 will be the only Windows to support direct x 12. Is there a way around that ? I already plan to do another build early next year . And really wanted win 7 pro64 on it . But i may have to go to the dark side for that one and go with 10 pro . I have heard that many of the more horrid things can be elimanated or controlled in win 10 . Like for me the gadgets thing . i love my cpu drive ones . Rainmeter has some that have less functionality [ no alarm when a drive goes under a certian amount or your cpu gets too hot ] . But still yall i wanted to have to start using 10 begrudgingly like 5 or 6 years from now like the crazies that still use win2000 or me as thier primary os . they made a decent launcher for sim city deluxe [4] for win 7 [ at simtroplis ] . Can something like that be done for win 7 ?

Direct X 12 is not a part of 7 and never will be, there`s nothing you need DX12 for anyway.

Wait for Vulkan to become Mature enough to compete with DX12.
