Artifacts on Boot but Disappears After Turning On/Off Monitor

Hi there,

I'm currently experiencing some issues with artifacts on my screen. This usually happens when the computer boots up and disappears when I power the monitor on and off.

For your reference, here are two pictures:

Here are my specs:

Dell U2715H
Intel Core i7 6700k
Maximus Formula VIII
Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB DDR4 3000
EVGA 780 Ti

Do you think this is related to my GPU? I've tried changing the HDMI cable and using a mDP cable and the issue persists.

Thanks in advance for your help!
