    I wonder if the report didnt refresh properly, and I made a new one! Iv seen a warning pop up about the hard disc detecting a vibration and one of the downloads said it was already installed. Tomorrow.

    It's possible, delete any of the ones you have already created, restart and create a new one.

    That warning sounds like it might be the HDD protection utility, is that the one that said it was already installed?

    "One of the downloads" could be better described for future reference.
