    Hi,
Founders edition is a reference card I believe and EVGA has some pretty good ones that I've noticed or at least my 980 hybrid is working really well :)
i wouldn't waste my money yet these cards are pretty much for people playing 4k there is no reason to upgrade if you are doing 1080p or 1440p

I have 2x980G1 and from what i seen my set up is a lot faster than that one card that they said beats 980's in sli

out of 5 games the 1080 won like 2 of them the rest was 980 sli some Ti's in Sli will pretty much buckle that card and i think spending $1400 for these 1080 cards to be in sli is way too much

    This should give you a Idea Sli 980's G1 Resolution 2560 x 1440

    Rise of Tombraider Benchmark

    #1 pic is 980 sli G1
    #2 pic is GTX 1080

Now this is where it gets good results vary on which CPU you're using the person with a 1080 was using a I5-6600K
I'm using 6700K and most reviewers are using a 5930X Cpu

Bottom line 980's scale way better than a single 1080

Even though one Tombraider bench i was beat by frames 135 vs 149.00 that was the highest it got but all others favor the 980 which tells me it will be a while till they get Pascal to work as good as they say it does
