    Graphic card upgrade

You can see my specs down below and so as said in the title, what do you think the best option would be?

Take in consideration that I mostly use my pc to play games like Dota 2 and csgo and other random steam games but the important fact is that I am eventually looking to play Overwatch and the new Battlefield which I think it would be too much for my gtx580 (overclocked 15%)

Budget 300€ (~334$) max. 330-340 (~372$). Im searching to play such kind of games fluently but obviously not expecting to get a crazy amount of fps.

You might be able to find a GTX 970 in your price range. That would be a good all around card for you, as it's a solid performer.

Wait for the GTX 1070, it`s supposed to be about $379 / $399 and will be out soon.

GeForce GTX 1070 Graphics Card | GeForce

and the 970 is also a fine choice

Your motherboard is old, but it should still run fine, you have one of the best cpu`s ever made, don`t ever get rid of it :)

All the 970`s are well within your price range, this is just for example.

    EVGA - Products - Graphics - GeForce 900 Series Family - GTX 970

You`d have to look at the European site for prices over there.

Estimates have it that there will be some GTX 1070 cards put out by vendors starting around 314 Euros Including VAT ($411 US). But the Founders Edition will come out at around 394 Euros ($516 US). Those estimates are from a UK Review site. You are probably in a better position to check pricing in the EU than we are.

Oh well, these are some really good options. I didnt expect such cards for that price (lazy me not checking prices myself).

Ill take these 2 modells in consideration. And as AddRam kinda mentioned, my Motherboard would do fine? And Would I need extra cooling for a 970 or the new 1070? I have now 1 cooler master 2000 rpm and one generic with around 1400 I think, with those my pc nevers gets real hot unless playing very demanding games

Add as many case fans as possible.

The reference card will blow the heat right out the back of the case, that`s what I have, and they are great.

The other designs have fans that blow the heat from the card right into the case, so you need really good airflow.

I got away from these types of cards just for that reason, I don`t want hot air coming through my radiator when I`m gaming.

They do blow hot air out the back of the case too, but not as efficiently as a blower style reference card, in my opinion. :)

If you are ready to sacrifice few more dollars, get the GTX 1070. Just don't get the Founder's Edition.

    Hi,
Founders edition is a reference card I believe and EVGA has some pretty good ones that I've noticed or at least my 980 hybrid is working really well :)
