GPU disappearing and reappearing from device manager

I currently have 2 graphics cards which 4 monitors are connected. Recently 2 of the monitors went black and I checked device manager to see that one of the GPUs was gone.

I restarted and it reappeared and the monitors came back like normal. This only worked for about a day until it did it again.

I took out and re-seated both of them, uninstalled and completely removed all drivers and reinstalled and was fine but it did it again.

Is this the beginning on the end for one of the cards? Would running a stability test like furmark determine if one of them is about to die?

    Sorry my fault.
Use this tutorial by Brink to help you.

System Info - See Your System Specs

We need your (My System Specs) to be installed where they will show in the lower left corner of your every post.
It would be helpful if you also put in your System Specs as much info as possible.
    Examples:
    Power supply
    Security programs

Once again look at my System Specs. It should be a good example. Lower left corner of my every post.

This computer isn't my main one, just one I use for work that's why I didn't put the info on the side.

Security is Trend Micro Maximum Security and the PSU is a thermal Master 420W
