You're pretty safe on installing any graphics card as long as you have a PCI-E x16 slot. Additional 6-pin or 8-pin power connector may be required for some graphics cards. The GT 740 won't need any of that.
How do I know from these screenshots if I have the PCI ex 16 slot that you're talking about?
Hi,
Thanks
Now just wondering what type and size computer case you have
Can you post a picture or a link to the actual computer model you have or open it and take a picture of it.
Aaaaarghhhhhh.....And I thought CPUz would answer all the technical questions.*😔
I'm outside my house currently. I'll post*the photographs of my CPU opened up in few hours.
It's a regular size CPU cabinet. Very simple model. No frills or anything like that.
It's not the cpu that needs room it's the graphic's card :)
You can measure width length and height if it's easier in inches
Hi,
cpuid did help :)
It just does not give the size of the computer case
The actual model brand of the computer would also at the least give us something to google.
Okay, here are photographs of my CPU when opened up. My deep apologies for not cleaning up my CPU and keeping it very dusty. I clean it once after every four months.
